PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transmit data even when a processing load in a navigation device becomes high in the case of transmitting data from a DSRC (Dedicated Short Range Communication) in-vehicle unit to the navigation device.SOLUTION: A DSRC in-vehicle unit is configured to, when data from a road side machine are multi-address data such as a VICS (Vehicle Information and Communication Systems) service (S200: YES), determine whether or not high load notification from a navigation device is performed (S210), and to, when it is determined that the high load notification is performed (S210: YES), transmit the data by packable block units (S220). In packing, data processing of each block unit does not occur in the navigation device, and a plurality of data of block units are stored in a buffer as a series of data. In the navigation device, assembly means divides and assembles the series of data stored in the buffer. |
