The present invention relates to a portable stereoscopic image viewer to be able to view stereoscopic images of a side-by-side format which is output from portable devices such as smart phones and Tablet PCs. As for the construction thereof, the portable stereoscopic image viewer comprises: an eyepiece having a left eye lens and a right eye lens in contact on both sides of a user; and an objective unit having a left filter and a right filter in contact with a screen of a display device. The left eye lens and the right eye lens are polarizing lenses, and the left filter and the right filter are polarizing filters. The polarization direction of the left eye lens and the right eye lens is the same diagonal direction, and the polarization direction of the left filter and the right lens is the oblique direction which is symmetrical to the polarization direction of the left eye lens and the right eye lens. |
