PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crystallized glass from which an arsenic component and an antimony component are removed while maintaining physical properties as characteristics of LiO-AlO-SiObased crystallized glass.SOLUTION: LiO-AlO-SiObased crystallized glass is characterized by containing each component (in terms of an oxide) of SiO, AlO, and LiO and 0.01-3% of SnOcomponent (in terms of an oxide). The crystallized glass preferably contains &bgr;-quartz and/or &bgr;-quartz solid solution as a main crystalline layer, and the main crystalline layer preferably has an average crystal particle diameter in a range of 5-200 nm. |
