<p>The present invention relates to a flexible organic electroluminescent device. A flexible organic electroluminescent device of the disclosed invention includes: a substrate where a display area including a number of pixel areas and a non-display area in the outer side of the display area are defined; a switching thin film transistor and a driving thin film transistor formed on each pixel area on the substrate; an interlayer insulation film which is formed on the substrate including the switching thin film transistor and the driving thin film transistor, and exposes a drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor; a first electrode which is formed on each pixel area on the interlayer insulation film, and is connected to the drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor; a bank which is formed around each pixel area of the substrate including the first electrode and is formed on the non-display area; an organic electroluminescent layer which is formed on the first electrode separately according to each pixel area; a second electrode formed on the whole surface of the display area on the organic electroluminescent layer; a first passivation film formed on the whole surface of the substrate including the second electrode; an organic film formed on the first passivation film; a second passivation film formed on the organic electroluminescent layer and the first passivation film; the second passivation film formed on the first passivatin film including the organic electroluminescent layer; a protection film located as facing the substrate; and an adhesive agent which bonds the substrate and the protection film by being intervened between the substrate and the protection film, and has a thickness which is larger than 1.5 x a stacking thickness (s) from the thin film transistor to the second passivation film, and is smaller than 8 x the stacking thickness (s) from the thin film transistor to the second passivation film.</p> |
