A communication service system using a mobile communication terminal and a method thereof are provided to offer an international roaming telephony service at the minimum cost by comparing service fee by the companies. An originating exchange(106) determines the nation by analyzing inputted country code, and decides a specific communication networks. By the analyzed result, the originating exchange requests route information including the location information of the called terminal, and perform the connection to the roaming telephone by the routing information. A gateway unit(110) performs the routing function to the determined communications network as described above. A roaming signal network(112) comprises the STP(Signaling Transfer Point) and perform roaming function to the determined communications network. |
