A laser scanning method, a laser scanning apparatus and an imaging device. The laser scanning method comprises: calculating an adjustment coefficient according to optical parameters and a compensation principle of a laser scanning apparatus; adjusting a laser pulse emitted by a light source (12) according to the adjustment coefficient; adjusting the laser pulse emitted by the light source into parallel light; the parallel light passing through a light beam deflector (14) rotating at a uniform velocity to form scanning light; and focusing the scanning light onto a to-be-scanned object (16). The light source (12) is adjusted by adjusting the coefficient, so that the strength of light spots converged on the to-be-scanned object (16) has uniform consistency, thereby implementing precise scanning.
