A battery control IC measures each voltage value of a plurality of unit battery cells which form a battery pack in a normal current mode and comprises a voltage measuring unit which measures the voltage value of the unit battery cell showing a minimum voltage value in the normal current mode; and a calculation unit which calculates a disposable power value of the battery pack in a short period high current mode based on the voltage value calculated in the short period high current mode of the unit battery cell showing the minimum voltage value in the normal current mode.
