An adjustable clamping device for a bicycle carry rack, comprising a body 10 having a connection portion 11 on a first end thereof and the connection portion 11 being adapted to be connected to the bicycle rack, two lugs 12 extending from a second end of the body and a gap 13 formed between the two lugs 12, each lug 12 having a connection member 14 on an outside thereof. A support member 20 connected to the body 10 and having a pivotal member 21 and a plate 23, the pivotal member 21 pivotably connected between the two lugs 12 so that the support member 20 being pivotably adjusted relative to the body, the plate 23 connected to the pivotal member 21 and having a curved recess with which a bicycle frame engaged. A belt 30 being made flexible material and having multiple through holes 31 defined therethrough, the two connection members 14 being engaged with two of the through holes 31 so as to be adapted to secure the bicycle frame to the plate. |
