PURPOSE: A monitor system of a moving object detection method for detecting the moving object on an input image is provided to prevent an object of similar color from being wrongly detected by reducing the noise of the background. CONSTITUTION: A background image generator(402) generates an n-th background image through a converting matrix. An initial foreground map generator(403) sets pixels as an initial foreground map. The possibility of the background image is low. An additional foreground map generator(404) sets the pixels as the addition foreground map. The probability of the additional foreground candidate area is high. |
