The present invention relates to: a method of modulating the flowering time of a plant body including a step of adjusting the expression of AtBRN genes by transforming a recombinant vector including a gene encoding AtBRN (arabidopsis thaliana bruno RNA-binding protein) protein derived from Arabidopsis thaliana on plant cells; a production method of the transformant plant body with the modulated flowering time by the method; the transformant plant body with the modulated flowering time produced by the production method; and a composition for modulating the flowing time of the plant body containing seeds and the recombinant vector as effective components.
