<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimming control system capable of dimming a plurality of illuminating devices by only using one dimmer and one signal line, by a simple configuration at a low cost.SOLUTION: A dimmer 11 generates PWM system dimming signals S(1) to S(n) for individually dimming a plurality of illuminating devices 13(1) to 13(n), sequentially transmits the dimming signals S(1) to S(n) corresponding to the individual illuminating devices 13(1) to 13(n) to a signal line 12 according to an order of connection of the illuminating devices 13 in series connection, and thereby, transmits a signal string configured by a group of the dimming signals S to the signal line 12. Each of the plurality of illuminating devices 13, on receipt of the signal string from the signal line 12, demodulates a head dimming signal S configuring the signal string by the PWM system, and performs the dimming of an LED 15 on the basis of the demodulation result, deletes the head dimming signal configuring the signal string, and transmits a signal string configured by the remaining dimming signals S to the next stage of the illuminating devices 13 via the signal line 12.</p> |
