PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medication management system which enables a manager to manage whether a patient have taken medicines and to efficiently prepare the medicine.SOLUTION: The medication management system comprises: a medicine housing device 10 arranged for each patient; a storage unit for storing medication information containing the types, the quantities, and the medication times of the medicines to be taken by the patient for each medicine housing device 10; medication detection means for detecting whether the patient has taken medicines housed in the medicine housing device 10; and a main terminal 20 and a portable terminal 30 provided on the side of the manager. The medication information stored in the storage unit and medication detection result information obtained by the medication detection means are outputted from the main terminal 20 and the portable terminal 30, so that it is easy to check with the terminals on the side of the manager whether the patient has taken the medicines, and it is also easy to check with the terminals the medication information containing the types, the quantities, and the medication times of the medicines housed in the medicine housing device 10. |
