Disclosed is a device capable of measuring a distance and obtaining an image simultaneously using a laser pulse. The device for measuring a distance and obtaining an image according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a laser generator for firing a first laser pulse and a second laser pulse to a target with a time lag by generating the first laser pulse for measuring the distance to the target and the second laser pulse for obtaining the image of the target; a photodetector for receiving a first signal pulse generated when the first laser pulse is reflected from the target; a calculator for calculating the distance to the target by using the delay time between the first laser pulse and the first signal pulse; and an image sensor for receiving and visualizing a second signal pulse generated when the second laser pulse is reflected from the target.
