Spacing converter for two pulse flanks of arbitrary polarity - has monostable multivibrator and two AND-gates behind input pulse trigger

The conversion circuit provides a rated value dependent logic presentation. The trigger (1) for input pulses of any arbitrary polarity is followed by a first monostable multivibrator (2) and two AND-gates (4, 5). The first multivibrator (2) controls a second monostable multivibrator (3) whose output is directly connected to the first AND-Gate (4), and through an inverting stage (6) to the second AND-gate (5). The delay time of the first multivibrator (2) is equal to the differnece between the time spacing of the two pulse flanks plus a permitted tolerance, and the second multivibrator (3) delay is equal to twice the additional tolerance. Preferably the two multivibrator are of retriggerable type with adjustable transit times.
