The present invention relates to a hydrogel composition comprising silk fibroin to treat a burn and, more specifically, to a hydrogel composition to treat a burn which is manufactured using silk fibroin extracted from cocoon, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as a gelling agent, and a second gelling agent.
