<p>Provided is a message-based management system with which it is possible to integrally manage message information that is managed by separate applications. An email-based management server (1) is equipped with: a message format conversion module, which is a conversion means that converts the format of message information stored in a database memory; a message analysis engine module, which is an analysis means that analyzes the content of the message information the format of which has been converted by the message format conversion module, and that generates a subsequent response process with respect to that message information; and a message generation module, which is an output means that outputs the subsequent response process generated by the message analysis engine module.</p> |
