Technical field: electric power storage and retrieval. Constitution: a platform placed underneath a normal, an underwater and an artificial by backfilling mountain. According physics, a square mountain 1000m-long, 200m-high and elevated by 20m only is in position to store up to (8) GWh of power. The platform (7) is composed of two or several floors (5) connected in twos to constitute a generator (6). Each generator is composed of two floors (5) while thousands of foldable basic units (1) are placed in between. Each foldable basic base (1) utilises mechanical and hydraulic sub-systems consuming electric power on their way up while they return it back when the controlled fall is starting. Each platform has one or several generators (6) and wide applications ranging from storage of renewable source electricity to optimal use of burners and turbines in existing power plants.
