The present invention relates to a mixing head of a high pressure foaming machine for a phenolic resin foam. A mixing chamber for mixing a resin mixture by the collision between a main material and a hardener is formed in a main body. A plunger valve opens and closes the outlet of the mixing chamber. A discharge pipe is connected to the outlet of the mixing chamber and discharges the mixed resin mixture and injects the same into a mold. An uneven part is formed on the inner surface of the mixing chamber to form a turbulent flow for improving the mixing performance between the main material and the hardener. The mixing head of a high pressure foaming machine for phenolic resin foam according to the present invention easily forms phenolic resin foam with a large mixing ratio difference between the main material and the hardener by discharging a binary solution after the binary solution is fully mixed in a short time by forming a jet stream through a high pressure collision in the mixing chamber, improves productivity, and does not need to disassemble the inner part of the mixing head to wash one by one after a foaming work, thereby saving process costs and being utilized as a filler for filling the inner part of a long and narrow structure. |
