The bit and retaining box comprises a bit holder (1) and a lower housing (2) with a hollow space (9) on the lower side to impose over the clamping chuck head, fixed with a rotatable conical hollow cylinder made of metal alloys or glass fiber reinforced plastic or rubber. The conical hollow cylinder has a semi-circular upper side with the circular clamping devices arranged inwards in an inclined manner for inserting, clamping or immersing the bits (5). The cone-shaped upper housing (6) has another hollow space (10) on the lower side.
