<p>PURPOSE:To improve the whole efficiency of a transmission, by providing an independent chamber, which arranges a power transmitting part, in a housing while an opening in the axial direction, through which input and output shafts penetrate, in said chamber and interposing a seal means in said opening. CONSTITUTION:A transmission chamber 1 is lubricated by traction oil. While gears and bearings in a gear bearing chamber 5 are lubricated by gear oil in an oil reservoir 35 by scattering or the like of a gear 27. Further a bearing 37, which supports an input shaft 4, is lubricated by the grease lubricating method or the like, and also each part in a clutch chamber 3 is similarly lubricated by the gear oil or the like. The transmission chamber 1, which mounts to its both side wall opening parts oil seals 7a, 7b and 9 to be interposed, comes to be lubricated almost independently of the other two chambers. Accordingly, the traction oil in the transmission chamber 1 can not infiltrate into the other two chambers. Consequently, a friction loss in a bearing part, gear part and a clutch part can be reduced, and in its turn the whole efficiency of the transmission can be enhanced.</p> |
