The present invention relates to device for removing oil from fried foods which can rapidly and efficiently separate and remove oil from fried food such as fired fishes and fried meats without damage of the fried foods; and a pork cutlet which oil is removed. The device for removing oil from fried foods according to the present invention includes a body; a lifting unit which includes a connection member horizontally connected on the top and which is installed to be vertically moved upward and downward along the body on the lower side of the connection member; and an oil removing unit which is partially installed inside the body and rotated and driven by a driving motor and which removes oil from fried foods with a centrifugal force. The oil removing unit includes a rotator which is rotated and driven by the rotation of the driving motor. The rotator is formed into a cylindrical shape with opened top, and a plurality of holes is formed on the circumference of the rotator. According to the present invention, an advantage capable of rapidly and efficiently removing oil from fried foods such as fishes and meat fried with edible oil without damage to the fired foods via simple manipulation is provide. |
