GHOST IMAGE ELIMINATION METHOD IN LASER RADAR SYSTEM

The present invention relates to a ghost image elimination method of a laser radar system which comprises the steps of: setting up an echogenicity criteria of a not received first channel by calculating a representative value of a target distance investigated by a first channel laser pulse in a multi-channel laser; obtaining a number of echo signals not received at last by comparing the calculated representative value of the target distance and a smallest unit of a distance difference of a ghost image; and correcting a distance error of the not received echo signal by assigning an echo signal distance value to the channel based on the number of echo signals not received. Thereby the ghost image of the laser radar that can occur in the multi-channel laser based radar is effectively removed.
