The present invention relates to a battery module. When an expansion caused by an overcharge of a battery cell (12) occurs, a lid (30) electrically connecting the cell (12) is cut, so as to block charging, by the rotation of a torsion spring-type moving bar (22) which mechanically receives the expansion. Thereby, a risk of explosion caused by the overcharge of the battery can be prevented. |
