An existing small crane cannot be operated on the ground having tilted surfaces or uneven surfaces due to unstable movement caused by that a body and a fixing device of the existing small crane are installed at a right angle or at an erected state. Thus, the existing small crane used to have problems on the reduction of work safety and efficiency caused by adjusting the horizontality using support blocks. To achieve the problems mentioned above, the present invention can easily rotate to easily avoid obstacles by connecting first, second, and third bodies using through-holes and fixing pins, and can easily fix the high-height obstacles using a support part and a height adjustment part. Also, the present invention can adjust the height of a vertical fixing part and a horizontal fixing part by adjusting the height of hydraulic cylinders arranged in both sides of the main body to control the height of the main body. |
