<p>Disclosed is a fully-automatic hydraulic striping and bead dismounting machine, the machine comprising a monolithic frame (10); and a clamping mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a tire stripping mechanism and a bead dismounting mechanism, provided on the monolithic frame (10), wherein the clamping mechanism comprises a chuck for clamping a tire (12) to be machined; the rotating mechanism comprises a driving device for driving the chuck to rotate; the tire stripping mechanism comprises a stripping tool (11) provided perpendicular to an axial direction of the chuck and opposite to the rubber portion of the tire (12); and the bead dismounting mechanism comprises a bead dismounting tool provided in the axial direction of the chuck and opposite to the bead portion of the tire (12). The fully-automatic hydraulic striping and bead dismounting machine can clamp the tire (12) to be machined by means of clamping device, and drive the tire (12) to rotate by means of the rotating mechanism, and in turn complete the operation of stripping and bead dismounting of the tire (12) successively by means of the stripping tool (11) and the bead dismounting tool both provided at special positions.</p> |
