The reservoir (1) has a thermal insulated milk storage container (7) having top-side output port for extracting required preparation liquid from the container. A handle (8) is pivotally connected with the container, for supporting the container. The handle is provided with a closure element for sealing the dispensing aperture provided on the handle. The discharge aperture is closed through the closure element at the time of non-usage condition of the handle such that handle is folded-down.
