The rotor arrangement (4) has first permanent magnet (71) which is arranged between two pole pieces (42) and extended from a rear end portion (44) toward an outer surface of rotor arrangement. Second permanent magnet (72) is arranged between pole pieces, so that one pole piece is arranged between permanent magnets. The magnetization directions of magnets are aligned in an arrangement direction of pole pieces. The second magnet is extended by position transition of first magnet adjoining the pole pieces holding a web (43) toward an outer surface of rotor arrangement. An independent claim is included for the rotary electric machine.
