PROJECTION SYSTEM OF GUIDE ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure deviations of a guide roller caliber with respect to set target dimensions and make the deviations reliably determinable.SOLUTION: A projection system of a guide roller caliber includes: a base 1 on which a roller guide RG provided with a pair of guide rollers 9 is placed; an illumination device 2 for irradiating the guide rollers 9 with light; an imaging apparatus 3 for imaging the guide rollers 9 irradiated with the light; a captured image display device 4 having a display screen 4a for predisplaying a vertical line and a horizontal line being reference lines and for displaying a projection image of the guide rollers 9; and a control device 5 connected to and capable of controlling the captured image display device 4 and the imaging apparatus 3. The projection system of the guide roller caliber measures a deviation degree of the guide roller 9 caliber with respect to the vertical line and the horizontal line being the reference lines compared to the set target dimensions, and then displays the measured values in the display screen 4a.
