The apparatus for attaching the functional film according to an embedment of the present invention comprises: a table having a stage in which a panel with an attached protective film is loaded; and a pre-peeling unit which is disposed on one side of the table and has a peeling knife which pre-peels the front end part of the protective film for the panel by being inserted between the panel and the front end part of the protective film to eliminate adhesive strength between the panel and the front end part of the protective film.
