PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-reflection article which offers superior self-cleaning performance and anti-reflection performance.SOLUTION: An anti-reflection article includes: a micro concavo-convex layer which is formed on at least one surface of a transparent base material, comprises a hardened resin composition, and has a micro concavo-convex pattern formed on a side opposite the transparent base material; an inorganic layer comprising a continuous layer of zirconium oxide; and a photocatalytic layer comprising a continuous layer of titanium oxide laminated directly on the inorganic layer, arranged in the described order. A surface of an outer most layer on the photocatalytic layer side has a micro concavo-convex structure having a micro-protrusion group comprising a group of micro-protrusions. The micro-protrusions are formed such that the shortest wavelength Λmin in a wavelength band of anti-reflection target light and a maximum value dmax of distance d between adjacent micro-protrusions satisfy dmax≤Λmin, and that a cross-sectional area occupied by the material portion of each micro-protrusion in a horizontal cross-sectional plane perpendicular to a depth direction thereof continuously gradually increases from an apex thereof toward the deepest point. |
