PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baffle plate for a noodle boiling device, capable of boiling evenly in a short time frozen noodles put in a boiling sieve at a desired position in a boiling pot by burning only part of a burner.SOLUTION: A baffle plate 1 includes: a plate-like base member 11; an outer peripheral wall surface 12 provided downward on the outer periphery of the base member, and having the outer peripheral surface facing the inner peripheral surface of a boiling pot, and the bottom edge contacting a bottom; an air bubble retention part 16 provided on a place where the lower side of the base member faces a heat source, and a boiling sieve is positioned on the upper side, formed with an air bubble exhaust nozzle on the cross section convex upper surface part, and having an opened lower surface side; and a partition plate 17 provided on the lower surface of the base member, partitioning by making the lower surface side correspond with each of the air bubble retention parts, and having the lower end contacting the bottom. The outer peripheral wall surface is provided with a notch part 18 for circulating water between the outer peripheral wall surface and the bottom in each of the air bubble retention parts partitioned by the partition plate, and is provided on a place not facing the heat source of the base member, with a cylindrical inflow tube 19 which is shorter than the partition plate and whose upper surface side is flush to the upper surface of the base member. |
