PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip holder capable of stabilizing a holding position of a scribing wheel to improve linearity of a scribe line.SOLUTION: A concentric through-hole is provided in a pair of holder members 10A and 10B of the tip holder. Spacers 20a and 20b having bending portions bending outward are mounted on opposing surfaces of the through-hole. A scribing wheel 30 is inserted between the spacers 20a and 20b and is freely rotatably held with a pin 32 to thereby reduce contact resistance.
