<p>The TV video signal transmission system, uses a narrow bandwidth. The bandwidth is reduced by selecting a raster frequency which will give the impression of movement without any flickering. The number of lines will produce the minimum of interference for a given aspect ratio. A stable image is obtained by proportional spacing of the lines. The quality of the image will be inversely proportional to the line distribution. The screen dimensions are adapted to the type of TV system involved.</p> |
