PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cephem compound having wide antibacterial spectrum against various bacteria including gram-negative bacterium and/or gram-positive bacterium, and to provide a pharmaceutical composition containing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a compound represented by formula (I), where X is N, CH or C-Cl, T is S or the like, A and G are each a lower alkylene or the like, B is a single bond or the like, D is a single bond, -NR-CO-, -CO-NR-, -NR-CO-NR-, or the like, E is a lower alkylene which may be substituted, H is a single bond, or phenylene which may be substituted, R, R, Rand Rare each independently a hydrogen, a halogen, nitrile, or the like; an ester of the compound represented by the formula (I); a protected compound obtained by protecting an amino group on a ring in a 7-position side chain of the compound represented by the formula (I); and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates of them. |
