PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent etching of electrodes by reversion of polarity in a temperature control water feeder with an electrolyser.SOLUTION: A temperature control water feeder comprises: a water heat exchanger heating water; an electrolyser for removing composition of scale included in water sent to the water heat exchanger; and a control unit. The electrolyser comprises: a container 47 having a water inlet 43 and a water outlet 45, and an electrode pair 49 provided within the container 47. When polarity of the electrode pair 49 is reversed, the control unit stops electric conduction to the electrode pair 49, and executes a reversal of polarity control reversing the polarity of the electrode pair 49 and starting the electric conduction to the electrode pair 49 after passing through a waiting step preserving electric conduction stopped state. |
