PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club shaft fitting method capable of highly accurately and objectively fitting the shaft having torque matching a swing of a golfer.SOLUTION: The fitting method of a shaft of a golf club 1 selects a shaft having torque matching a golfer on the basis of a swing of a golfer. The fitting method of the shaft of the golf club 1 comprises the steps of: hitting a golf ball B with the golf club 1 in which a sensor capable of measuring angular velocities about three axes is attached to a grip and acquiring measurement values of the sensor; acquiring prescribed index values of the angular velocities quantified from the measurement values; and selecting a shaft matching the golfer from a plurality of shafts, the torque of which is premeasured, on the basis of a relationship between the index values previously created by trial shots and the torque of the shaft. |
