Cosmetic composition comprises (a) polydimethylsiloxane, (b) a film-forming polymer, (c) addition product of 30-120 moles ethylene oxide with saturated linear fatty alcohols, or saturated linear fatty acids, and (d) at least one wax. The weight ratio of polydimethylsiloxane to film-forming polymer is more than 0.5. An independent claim is also included for temporary shaping of keratin fibers, comprising applying a cosmetic composition to the keratin fibers and then shaping the fibers.
