摘要

The present invention relates to a use of fractions as an effective ingredient to inhibit the formation of a microbe biofilm using dichloromethane in methanol extracts from Angelica gigas. The Angelica gigas used in the present invention is a safe medicinal plant and provides a method to inhibit the formation of a microbe biofilm which is safe in various uses including food.
