THE DRY BIO-ELECTRODE SENSOR WITH MULTI STUB ELECTRODES AND THE FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF

The objective of the present invention is to provide a dry bio-electrode sensor of a multiple stub electrode structure and a method for manufacturing the same. To achieve the objective, the dry bio-electrode sensor of a multiple stub electrode structure comprises: a flexible substrate which has one side coated by a conductive thin film and includes a plurality of stub electrodes; the conductive thin film which coats one surface of the flexible substrate and is electrically connected to the stub electrodes included in the flexible substrate; and the stub electrodes which are included to protrude from the side where the conductive thin film is not coated in the flexible substrate, have a structure that the surface being in contact with a body is formed to be recessively curved, and are in contact with the body to detect a bio-signal. Furthermore, the present invention provides the method for manufacturing the dry bio-electrode sensor of a multiple stub electrode structure. The dry bio-electrode sensor of a multiple stub electrode structure is able to obtain the bio-signal of the better quality than the existing dry electrode as the partially remaining stub electrode structures are separately in touch with the skin in case where the detachment between the skin and the electrode occurs, to inhibit the skin secretion occurrence by allowing the ventilation among the stub electrode structures and by bending the electrodes along the curved surface of the skin, and to be worn in a long time.
