PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device and a program which can change a speech state according to a user's situation.SOLUTION: The signal processing device comprises: a recognition section for recognizing at least one of a first user's state, a second user's state, and the relation between the first user and the second user; a signal processing section for performing signal processing to sound information corresponding to the sound which the first user generates or sound information corresponding to the sound which is transmitted remotely and the second user generates; and a control section for controlling the signal processing section to perform signal processing to at least one of the sound information corresponding to the sound which the first user generates and the sound information corresponding to the sound which is transmitted remotely and the second user generates, according to the recognition result from the recognition section. |
