PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging analysis apparatus configured to allow a user who has less experience of image processing or knowledge of programming to analyze a captured image through a simple operation.SOLUTION: An imaging analysis apparatus includes: an overlay image generation part 105 which allocates different color components to each of captured images to generate an overlay image formed of different color component images; a display part 121 which displays the overlay image; a masking color component selection part 102 which selects any of the color components of the overlay image as a masking color component, on the basis of user operation; a mask region specifying part 106 which specifies a region other than a region to be analyzed from the color component image with the masking color component allocated thereto, as a mask region; and an extraction image generation part 107 which generates an extraction image by masking the region other than the region to be analyzed, by use of the mask region, from the color component image in the overlay image, to which the color component other than the masking color component is allocated. |
