PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat collection efficiency by improving qualities of a metal pipe and an irreversible layer and using an infrared reflection film.SOLUTION: A glass lining heat collecting structure comprises: a glass lining layer (10) formed on an outer periphery of an aluminum metal pipe (7) for accommodating a heat medium (1); an irreversible layer (11) formed on an outer periphery of the glass lining layer (10) and composed of ceramic particles containing 80% or more of nano-bubbles smaller than visible light wavelength; an infrared reflection film (9) formed on an outer periphery of the irreversible layer (11); and a selective absorption film (5) formed on an outer periphery of the infrared reflection film (9).
