The present invention relates to a manual vacuum handy pump, and, in particular, to a manual vacuum handy pump which is to thermally seal a plastic bag after manually discharging air inside the plastic bag to the outside. The manual vacuum handy pump according to the present invention comprises: a base member; a housing mounted on the upper side of the base member, able to be elevated or rotated up and down, and having opened upper and lower sides; a piston member arranged inside the housing, able to be moved up and down, having an upper side which penetrates the upper side of the housing and is exposed to the outside; a cap member mounted on the upper side of the piston member; a heating wire mounted in the lower side of the housing; and a power supply part mounted in the piston member, and supplying power to the heating wire, wherein the power supply part includes: a battery installed inside the piston member; a contact terminal mounted at the lower side of the piston member, having one end connected to the battery, having the other end exposed from the lower side of the piston member, and selectively touching the heating wire when the piston member is moved down; and a selection switch mounted in the cap member, and selectively connecting or disconnecting the flow of electricity from the battery. |
