PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition for an LED illumination member excellent in flame resistance, color rendering property and total flux of light, and to provide a translucent member for an LED illumination.SOLUTION: A polycarbonate resin composition for an LED illumination member contains (A) 100 pts.mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 0.001 to 10 pts.mass of a crosslinked acrylic polymer particle (B1) and/or a crosslinked siloxane-based polymer particle (B2), having an average particle diameter of 1 to 20 μm, and (C) 0.00001 to 1 pts.mass of a tetraazaporphyrin compound.
