<p>[Problem] To provide a medical instrument that has increased kink resistance and can uniformly discharge a fluid in the peripheral direction in a living body. [Solution] The medical instrument (1) has an elongated member provided with: a threading lumen (20) into which a medical instrument provided with an elongated main body can be threaded; a fluid lumen (30) to which is formed a helical section (31) extending in a helical manner and through which a fluid (F) can flow; and a discharge section (32) that discharges the fluid (F) flowing through the fluid lumen (30) and of which at least two are provided to differing positions along the axial direction of the helical section (31) of the fluid lumen (30).</p> |
