The hatch has a cushion element (4) sectionally cushioning an edge of a hatch opening (2), for protecting a crew member (20). The cushion element includes a deformation element that is plastically deformable for receiving kinetic energy, where the deformation element is surrounded by a cushion material of the cushion element. Upper and lower sides of the cushion material are connected with each other via a recess of the deformation element. A chamfer is arranged at a side of the deformation element. |
