PURPOSE: A production method of Allium hookeri dumplings is provided to offer sulfur components of Allium hookeri to dumplings. CONSTITUTION: Allium hookeri powder or an Allium hookeri extract is obtained (102). 55-65 wt% of flour, 20-30 wt% of water, and 5-20 wt% of Allium hookeri powder are mixed, or 55-65 wt% of flour, 15-25 wt% of water, and 5-10 wt% of Allium hookeri extract are mixed. The mixture is kneaded and aged to obtain dumpling skins (104). Meat or kimchi is cut, and vegetables and mushrooms are finely cut (106). 20-30 wt% of meat or 50-60 wt% of kimchi, 15-35 parts by weight of vegetables, and 15-35 wt% of mushrooms are seasoned and mixed to obtain dumpling filling (108).
