The present invention relates to an oil level switch of a hydraulic unit for a wind power generator with a malfunction prevention cup. The main purpose of the present invention is to prevent a malfunction of an oil switch provided in an oil tank even when a strong wind causes vibration. The present invention having this purpose relates to a malfunction prevention cup provided in an oil tank so as to prevent a malfunction of an oil level switch of the oil tank of a hydraulic unit for a wind power generator. The malfunction prevention cup comprising: a float chamber having an outer shape, and provided on an upper side to facilitate the vertical movement of a float of the oil level switch; at least one working fluid inlet hole provided on the circumference of a lower side of the float chamber; and a guide portion provided to allow an end of the oil level switch to be penetrated through a center of the lower side of the float chamber and to facilitate the vertical sliding of the oil level switch. Accordingly, a malfunction of the oil switch provided in the oil tank can be prevented even when a strong wind causes vibration.
