The device (10) has a relative-movable operating element (14) movably arranged in a bearing (12) such that the operating element is rotatable in relation to the bearing. A damping element (16) made of silicone is arranged at the bearing, and co-acts with a friction surface (18) of the operating element. The damping element is formed by a spring element (20) i.e. spring leaf such that the damping element is pressed with a predetermined spring force on the friction surface by using the spring leaf.
