The thread adapter (10,20) is formed in hollow cylindrical shape with an internal diameter (d) exceeding the outer diameter (D). An internal thread is provided on inner surface (11,21) of threaded adapter, while external thread is provided on outer surface (12,22) of adapter. The inner diameter and outer diameter are selected such that the internal thread and external thread are frictionally connected with screw and threaded bore, respectively.
